Refund policy

You may return products to us within 30 days of receiving your order. The only items eligible for return or exchange are Kung Fu Spice clothing or accessories. Changes are only valid if the wrong size was sent to the customer.

If you receive damaged clothing or accessories, we will replace them for free. Perishable items (such as hot sauce, spices and seasonings) are not eligible for return or exchange: If you receive a damaged or unusable perishable item, please contact support@kungfuspice.com immediately. Replacement items will be shipped free of charge.

Other items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned  or exchanged.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

items returned to us must have (1)  a completed return authorization form and (2)  unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

A return authorization form is included with each item shipped. Fill out all applicable information on the form and send it with the item to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs, both when you return the item to us and when we send you a replacement or replacement item. We will not refund shipping charges unless (1) we shipped the wrong item, (2) we didn't ship your order at all, or (3) the item was damaged in transit or on arrival.

If you receive a refund, we will refund the price of the item plus VAT, but not the original delivery charges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your replacement product may vary. When shipping items, you should consider using a tracked shipping service; We do not guarantee that we will receive  returned items.

Refunds:

If you request a refund for a return, once it has been received and inspected, we will notify you if a refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

If the item (1) is returned more than 30 days after it was received, (2) is not in original condition, or (3) is damaged or missing and the damage is not our fault (4) is opened or tampered with. The refund will be denied.

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company: Sometimes there is a delay before a refund is posted.

International Orders:

We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe.
